This interior was built with reclaimed oak, salvaged from Philadelphia buildings. The antique wood immediately achieves an old-world pub feel. The great food and world beers rest comfortably on the salvaged woodwork.
This is my fourth collaboration with Tom and Fergie building with salvage - Grace Tavern in Grays Ferry, the world-renowned Monk's Café, Nodding Head Brewery, and the latest is Belgian Café.
