1875 Mainline Mansion
Circa 1870 colonial revival mansion. Artifacts to be salvaged include 60 solid raised panel doors with hardware, main staircase, lighting, plumbing, windows, quartersawn white oak flooring, mica schist stone walls, butler pantries, matched pair porcelain enamel single drain board kitchen sinks, library shelving, massive carved stone fireplace mantel.
A beautiful, Federal style home available to be rebuilt at any location. We were given the opportunity and the time last summer to disassemble all of the interior millwork. The home is 9,900 square feet, though the main house is 4,300. Available is an elegant main stair, paneled great room, library and formal dining room. There are 83 doors, jambs and casements, all of the original white oak and pine flooring, 45 windows, chair rail, and three entry doors with leaded fanlights, arched and raised panel interior jambs.
